Life Skills Center
Our Life Skills Center is a structured day program designed to support personal growth and greater independence. Through curated activities and guided support throughout the day, participants can build practical skills, explore new interests, develop meaningful social connections, and gain the confidence needed to navigate daily life more independently.
How Individuals Get Enrolled
Participation is guided through an individual’s Personalized Care Plan (PCP), developed through input from families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and the individual themselves. This plan helps determine:

- Activities and learning opportunities that best fit their interests and needs

- How often they attend, whether it’s once a week or multiple times per week
This process ensures that each individual receives support that aligns with their goals and encourages growth at their own pace.

The program provides reliable daytime support and structure, giving families and caregivers reassurance that their loved ones are engaged in purposeful activities that promote engagement, learning, and long-term growth.
Why It Matters for Individuals
Our Life Skills Center is designed to support adults with disabilities after traditional school programs, setting them up for success in their daily lives through continued personal development. It provides a structured environment where individuals can build the skills to thrive in their homes and communities while exploring their interests and supporting their overall well-being.
